Role Overview

TA Partner will be responsible for building talent pipelines for the current and future staffing needs of the organization. He/She will have end-to-end responsibility for ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality candidates, while maintaining alignment with defined processes and using key systems against defined metrics. As an employer brand ambassador, this individual will be accountable for creating a delightful candidate and manager experience while proactively building trusted relationships with the HR and business leadership teams.
