Forward Funding is a leading alternative financing company serving small and medium‑size businesses across Canada. We’re looking for a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing team in Montreal.

Role

The Talent Acquisition Partner will own the full recruitment cycle, from building pipelines to closing offers. They will work directly with the HR Director, receive training, and grow to independently manage recruitment across multiple brands.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment cycle (sourcing → interviews → offers → close).
• Build strong, proactive talent pipelines rather than merely react to applicants.
• Sourcing candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and others.
• Use ATS tools to track, manage and move candidates efficiently.
