Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in in‑house recruitment or agency recruitment (high‑volume exposure essential)
• Proven ability to recruit across multiple roles and departments simultaneously
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• A structured, organised approach — you’re calm under pressure
• Passion for people, culture, and building great teams
• Experience using ATS systems and modern sourcing tools
