****Roles and Responsibilities****Recruit**:- Be a brand ambassador by sharing content on social media and promoting GEV talent brand.
**Advise & Lead**:- Listen to and understand the needs and motivations of all stakeholders.
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for roles of varying complexity, ensuring seamless and efficient hiring experience for all stakeholders.
- Advise and influence hiring managers with insightful market trends and talent availability data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making.
- Communicate consistently and proactively to ensure alignment and remove barriers.
**Innovate & Continuous Learning**:- Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies and best practices and share this information through the appropriate teams for assessment and adoption.
**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resouces or related.
