Talent Acquisition Partner NZ/APAC | Flexible Work

Egis Group, based in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to provide end-to-end recruitment support across New Zealand and occasionally to the wider Asia Pacific region. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent, partner with stakeholders, and manage the recruitment lifecycle, all while promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of recruitment experience in the engineering, consulting, or architecture sectors and strong proficiency in organizational and stakeholder management skills.
