Typical Accountabilities
• Gathers external business market information and internal tacit knowledge and advise Recruitment Partners about specific needs and opportunities to support staffing plans and functional requirements
• Recommends marketing and recruitment sources, professional/educational institutions, job fairs, web sites, publications, specialist search consultants and researchers
• Implements sourcing, campus recruitment and Asia Area talent project plans, including Management Trainee programmes, campus activities, hackathons or other cross-market early talent initiatives, to support market talent needs and build long-term talent pipelines
• Reviews and advises on recruitment campaign plans including selection criteria, candidate sources, timelines, and diversity
• Develops and implements comprehensive talent search, engagement and participation strategies for specific hiring, campus and Asia Area cross-market talent projects
