Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: This role is fully remote; however, we require someone based in South Africa, ideally Johannesburg due to the wider team set‑up.
About the Role
In this role you will manage end-to-end recruitment for clients, leading the full hiring process from role briefings through sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers. You’ll be able to build strong stakeholder relationships with hiring managers and candidates while providing market intelligence and talent insights to drive hiring success. The role requires expert recruitment skills, process ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset to deliver exceptional experiences and meet partnership SLAs.
Experience running end-to-end recruitment campaigns within Professional Services (more ideal if within legal or similar) and expert knowledge of the UK market is required.
