The Opportunity:The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for developing and implementing TA strategies.As the TA Partner, you will partner with Global TA Leads, Human Resources Business Partners, Senior Business Leaders and Hiring leaders to define, screen, select, offer and onboard talented individuals in a proactive, cost-effective, and compliant manner.MAJOR JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (List in order of importance)- Proactively advise Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to enable efficient service delivery- Develop effective and cost-efficient sourcing strategies for all assigned openings- Ensure TA strategies are compliant with Country Regulatory requirements and Corporate policies- Leads delivery of full life cycle TA activities including planning, outreach, selection, offer management, credential verification, and preparing for Day 1 employment- Build a bench of qualified prospects to meet both current and anticipated business needs- Define, Measure, Analyse...
