Job Description
The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Associate is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment activities while leading the execution of onboarding for non-billable and billable employees. The role ensures the timely fulfillment of approved manpower requirements and supports the smooth integration, deployment, and transition of employees into their respective departments. This position is an associate-level role focused on execution, coordination, monitoring, and documentation. The role works under the Training & Organizational Development Manager and is accountable for ensuring that new hires—particularly for non-billable & billable employees—are properly onboarded, monitored during their probationary period, and evaluated in accordance with company guidelines and timelines.
