Recruitment Specialist

• The recruitment specialist will be responsible for identifying, attracting and engaging qualified candidates across multiple industries using digital sourcing tools, Boolean logic and AI platforms. They must have strong analytical skills to source top talent effectively.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

 
1. Maintaining relationships with existing clients to identify future opportunities;


2. Sourcing new business leads through market research and networking events;


3. Evaluating candidate resumes for relevance to job requirements;
