Talent Acquisition Programs and Initiatives Lead

The Talent Acquisition Programs & Initiatives Lead partners closely with the Director and Manager of Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning. This role champions strategic programs through ongoing engagement with key stakeholders, by leveraging technology, data, and innovative leading practices, the role supports alignment with and delivery of the organization’s People Strategy.

• Provides strategic consultation to hiring leaders for all management level recruitment, proactively sourcing candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed to fill hard‑to‑fill positions. Ensures hires align with organizational values, demonstrate a commitment to equity, and possess the leadership skills needed to effectively guide their teams. Leads full cycle recruitment by: Job Postings, Advertising, sourcing and collaborating with recruitment agencies when needed.
