Talent Acquisition Project Lead

THE ORGANISATION 

We are seeking an exceptional Talent Acquisition Project Lead for a 12-month contract to play a pivotal role in transforming the TA operations. This is not a standard BAU TA role, we are looking for a highly experienced TA Manager who can lead the redesign of the TA operating model, systems, and processes, ensuring adoption and efficiency across the organisation. 

PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A 12 MONTH CONTRACT 

THE ROLE 

You will be at the forefront of consolidating the existing ATS platform into Workday, streamlining processes to enhance reporting, reduce costs, and strengthen talent management capabilities across the organisation.
