My Client, is a Consultancy Firm dedicated to offering cutting-edge digital and intelligent consulting, solutions, and R&D outsourcing services tailored for ICT clients.

Role :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes: job posting, resume screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-ups.

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality candidates.
- Manage recruitment platforms, agency relationships, and local hiring campaigns
- Support onboarding processes, including document collection, orientation scheduling, and system access coordination.
- Coordinate visa/work permit applications and renewals for foreign employees.
- Liaise with government agencies and external stakeholders when needed.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in semiconductor/manufacturing industry.
• Familiar with Malaysian labor law and immigration processes.
