Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps.
Assist in job offers, onboarding requirements, and pre-employment documentation.
Support recruitment events such as job fairs and campus hiring.
JOB QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (fresh graduates may be considered).
