Key Responsibilities
Own end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level roles across functions
Drive strategic hiring plans aligned with business goals and growth roadmaps
Actively headhunt passive candidates using Linked In, networks, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques
Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and candidate evaluations
