Engagement: Full-time contractor (with overlap to U.S. PT hours)

Role Overview

We are a U.S.-based boutique IT and BPO services firm with growing nearshore operations in Chile. We are hiring a self-directed professional to own two distinct functions: full-cycle talent acquisition and on-the-ground operational coordination in Santiago.

Recruiting is the primary function. Coordination is real, variable, and requires someone who is genuinely good at both — not a recruiter who tolerates occasional errands.

Most weeks, coordination work will be light or zero. Some weeks it will run 15–20 hours depending on what we have in motion. You need to be able to shift between functions without losing momentum on recruiting. If you are only comfortable in one lane, this role is not the right fit.
