Job Description
The Talent Acquisition Sr. Manager is a highly influential leader who develops best in class Talent Acquisition (TA) strategies, methods and partnerships to maximize impact across Astreya. This role oversees the process of attracting and selecting the best candidates for a high growth tech company. The role is also responsible for developing the TA team.
Scope:
Develops organizational policies and authorizes their implementation.
Creates innovative solutions/concepts and promotes new ideas.
Provides direction to senior managers in various areas, groups, and/or operations.
Recognized as an influential leader.
