6-months contract (possible conversion/extension) Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment guidance. Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage qualified candidates through various channels. Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives as required. Requirements Minimum 3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience in agency, in-house, or RPO recruitment environments. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
