With access to using external recruiters, the hire shall be fully responsible for managing the recruitment cycle & shaping strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
The successful hire (~5-8 years experience) can either be an incumbent HRG who covers talent acquisition, or a talent acquisition specialist who has an interest in developing a HR career and is able to leverage his/her talent acquisition resume as a point of entry.
