**What will you enjoy doing (duties/tasks)**
- Review and filter resumes, conduct first screening interviews.
- Leverage talent insights from the external market to present clear data, trends and challenges to TAS and TAM, as well as proposed talent solutions.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team.
- Support continuous improvement, thinking outside the box and looking for new innovative ways to leverage the brand, market and technology for successful sourcing solutions.
