About The Team
This talent acquisition team at ByteDance manages a streamlined recruitment process for our global Finance, Corporate Services, Internal Audit and Ethics teams with a focus on the APAC region. The team continually works with hiring managers and HR to achieve efficient and effective hiring processes, and to provide a positive candidate experience for our potential new colleagues! In this role, we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Sourcer to support our Corporate Functions team. This is a 12-month contract. As a sourcer, you will collaborate with various members of the talent acquisition team and hiring managers to support our hiring efforts as we grow our organization.
