Talent acquisition - sourcing : night shift

We are seeking dynamic Sourcing Specialists with 2-8 years of experience in US staffing and recruitment to join our high-volume hiring team. The ideal candidate excels in Linked In profile sourcing, Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, and social media recruitment. You will source top tech and IT talent for US clients using advanced techniques, with flexibility for night shifts to align with US time zones. This role demands precision, speed, and a deep understanding of Linked In Premium tools.
This is a remote position with night shift (7 PM- 5 AM IST)
Preferred from semiconductor not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Conduct advanced candidate searches on Linked In using Boolean strings, X-Ray searches, Linked In Recruiter, and Premium features like Talent Insights, Open Profile filters, and Spotlights.
Collaborate with recruiters to qualify profiles, shortlist 50+ candidates daily, and maintain ATS records for high-volume US projects.
