As a/an TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST you are expected to render your services with the assigned department including but not limited to the following:
Conducts preliminary screening on candidates Resumes/CVS
Screens/ Shortlist candidates based on the description provided and basic requirement per country.
Recommend the appropriate candidate for Hiring Manager's interview
Update's candidates' disposition in Talent Acquisition Applicant System ( Hired score, Workday)
Provide administrative support for EM Asia Team
Actively participate in local Talent Acquisition projects to drive productivity and enhance Talent Acquisition brand internally and externally
Overall administrative support specifically on filling and creation of New hires 201 file in PH.
Ad hoc duties as required.
