Talent acquisition specialist - (12 month contract)

Pinewood. AI is seeking a proactive and adaptable Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our People & Culture team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role will play a key part in delivering our talent acquisition strategy, attracting and hiring high-quality talent across software development, product, business, and commercial functions.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing the full recruitment lifecycle, thrives in a fast-paced software environment, and is confident headhunting in competitive talent markets. You'll be responsible for driving recruitment activity across South Africa, leading candidate attraction, sourcing, assessment, and hiring activities while working closely with our local HR representative to support onboarding and employee setup.

You’ll also contribute to wider global recruitment initiatives as Pinewood. AI continues to expand across North America, Europe, Asia, and other international markets.
