This is not a clerical role. This is ownership.

What you will own

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles, primarily Sales Reps, Sales Managers, and occasionally Operations roles
• Create high-quality pipelines using outbound sourcing, referrals, job boards, and local/community channels
• Run structured screens and interviews (English and Spanish), coordinate interview stages, and keep the process moving fast
• Partner with leadership to deeply understand each role: success profile, day-to-day reality, and performance expectations
• Build and maintain scorecards, interview guides, and a consistent evaluation process to improve hiring quality Greenhouse+1
