Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end recruitmentprocess, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates to meet client requirements.
• This role involves coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate databases, and assisting inonboarding processes.
• The Talent Acquisition Specialist works closely with account managers toensure timely fulfillment of manpower needs while delivering a positive candidate and clientexperience.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
• High attention to detail, with strong organizational and time management skills.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment; agency/manpower industry experience is an advantage.
