Talent Acquisition Specialist

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition for Western Canada, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the full‑cycle recruitment of salaried hires supporting our Operations and Corporate groups. This position can be based out of either our Edmonton or Calgary offices.

• Execute full cycle recruitment for salaried hires in line with the talent acquisition policies, procedures, standards, and salaried workflow.
• Lead the talent acquisition process and create a consistent and positive experience for the candidate and hiring team.
• Liaise with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to support the development and implementation of talent acquisition strategies and candidate marketing programs.
• Execute strategic programs to identify and attract talent.
