Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus Programs

Job Description

Our team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) who will primarily focus on identifying and attracting early top talent. In this role, you will manage full‑cycle campus recruitment, build strong partnerships with our university partners, and help develop a strong pipeline of future talent for Seaspan. This person will focus primarily on high‑volume campus recruitment while also supporting the rest of the TA team with internal/external recruitment, as needed.

After 90 days of onsite work and onboarding, this position may qualify for an optional hybrid work schedule under the Flexible Work Policy Agreement.
