Position Overview
Impact Workforce Solutions is seeking a motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to support recruitment efforts for manufacturing, skilled trades, warehouse, and administrative positions in Canonsburg, PA. This on-site role is responsible for managing the full talent acquisition process and hire qualified candidates through social media, employee referrals, community outreach, and other sourcing channels.
