Talent Acquisition Specialist

Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Partner Specialist, you will play a strategic and hands-on role in driving the success of our recruitment operations in Chennai and across India. This position requires an experienced TA professional who can balance delivery excellence with strategic partnership - advising business leaders, mentoring team members, and ensuring that our hiring practices strengthen our talent brand and business outcomes.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for a diverse range of roles (entry through mid-senior levels), leading campus recruitment strategy and execution, and serving as the second-in-command to the Talent Acquisition Manager - helping to guide the team, drive process improvement, and ensure hiring goals are achieved across the function.
