**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**
- Support and consult with Hiring Managers and HR managers on their operational recruitment demand, that align with overall business needs, and advise on the best hiring strategy
- Translate strategy towards operational actions and be the sparring partner during the operational recruitment process
- Manage relations with external recruitment agencies
