Job Description

                    Job Purpose  Responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and selecting qualified candidates to meet the staffing needs of the company. Work closely with hiring managers to ensure the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the company's goals and values. 
Plan and execute the recruitment, training, onboarding, and induction activities and ensure their compliance with HR policies and procedures. 
Promptly respond to employees/department requests and ensure high-quality service provision. 
Ensure accurate HRIS data. 
Participate in the implementation of the new (PAS) performance appraisal system. 
 Key Responsibilities  Talent Management  Execute the recruitment activities, including the job posting, candidate searching, phone screening, interview scheduling, candidate selection and final offer.
