Job Description

                    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  Serve as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related topics within the assigned organizational scope. 
Participate in various recruitment initiatives and projects to support continuous improvement of the recruitment process. 
Engage with clients on a case-by-case basis to understand requirements and deliver tailored solutions. 
Source screen and assess candidates according to client standards qualifications and project needs. 
Post job openings and manage candidate pools using online recruitment platforms. 
 QUALIFICATION STANDARDS KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE  Minimum of 6 years of working experience with strong knowledge of recruitment and HR processes. 
Oil & Gas recruitment experience is required. 
Ideally experienced in sectors such as Engineering O&G Construction Aerospace & Defense. 
Recruitment experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
