Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition–led HR Generalist — someone who can aggressively source and close brokers fast and set up the basic people infrastructure so we are not rebuilding on sand. This is not a pure HR‑admin role and it is not a pure recruiter role; we need both, in one driven person, because speed and structure matter equally right now.

• Title: Talent Acquisition / HR Generalist
• Location: Dubai (on-site)
• Reports to: Managing Partner
• Experience: 1–3 years in Dubai real estate and/or recruitment-heavy environments
• Salary: AED 5,000+ per month, depending on experience
• Start: Immediate — this is our first and most urgent hire
