Talent Acquisition Specialist for Tech and Corp

• Conduct end-to-end recruitment activities for technical roles (e.g., software engineering, IT, infrastructure) and corporate roles (e.g., HR, finance, operations, marketing).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather job requirements, define candidate profiles, and create or update job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and proactive outreach.
• Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate subsequent interview stages with hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure hiring practices comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Support employer branding and talent pipeline-building initiatives as needed.
