Job Description

                    Responsibilities Responsible for full life‑cycle recruitment process for business‑critical project 
Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and hiring managers 
Operate as a trusted partner and advisor, building a thorough understanding of the various role requirements and desired candidate profile 
Build pipelines for potential applicants based on recruitment strategies 
Utilize technology and sourcing techniques to locate, engage and attract candidates 
Engage in active sourcing and recruiting for qualified candidates utilizing various search tools, processes, and strategy 
Proactively source, screen, interview and select qualified candidates for current and future business openings 
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business or other related field 
Minimum 2 years’ recruiting in a technical organization or space
