Job Responsibilities:

This is a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist role located in Dumaguete. The role involves full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, interviewing, and hiring tasks. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the recruitment process meets staffing needs and supports the company's goals.

Qualifications:

• Amenable to work onsite (Dumaguete)

• Willing to work on a morning-shift schedule (10am-7pm)

• Php13,800 + 3k Allowance + 3k Performance Incentives
