Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience working in the recruitment industry preferably in a manpower staffing or BPO setup.

• Interviewing proficiency
• Recruiting experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Able to work with Hiring Managers
• Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field
• Knowledgeable in profiling niche and support positions
