Job Responsibilities
Develops and implements effective sourcing strategies for open positions.
Regularly consults with hiring managers to assess business needs, provide market insights, and align expectations for the hiring process.
Ensures all candidate requirements are met within the applicant tracking system.
Actively sources, interviews, and presents qualified, pre-screened candidates to hiring managers.
Manages candidate status updates throughout the hiring process.
Adheres to established hiring procedures and guidelines.
Promotes workforce diversity by presenting a diverse slate of candidates.
Job Requirements
Degree holder
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Technology recruiting and staffing
Experience working on Data Centre's positions
Regional exposure will have added advantageous
Good working knowledge of applicant tracking system
Strong understanding of recruiting policies and practices and employment law
