Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring for our Sales, Digital Marketing and App Dev teams. The role focuses on sourcing top tech and creative talent, improving hiring processes, and supporting business growth through smart recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for all requiured roles
• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline and employer brand

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• 3–4 years of recruitment experience (IT/digital hiring preferred)
