to support active hiring needs across Kenya, the Philippines, and Latin America.

About the Role
You will be responsible for identifying, engaging, screening, and qualifying high-quality remote candidates across multiple job families. This is not passive recruiting. This role requires strong outbound sourcing capability, pipeline ownership, and disciplined follow-through.
This is a
