PURPOSE:
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be connecting exceptional talent with the right opportunities. Your core responsibility will be to source and screen qualified candidates for roles shared by our recruitment consultants.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
An integral role part of Singapore desk team for fulfilling the staffing needs of clients based in Singapore.
Understand Singapore consultant clients' business overviews and client requirements for positions.
Utilizing various channels to source suitable candidates for Consultants' job orders. These include, but are not limited to, headhunting, database search, job advertisement posting on-line media, referrals, etc.
