Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist in our KL office to lead graduate and experienced hiring (50:50) across APAC, with a focus on Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and Perth.

This is a strategic, high-visibility role where you’ll partner closely with regional leaders to attract high-potential graduates for our Academy programme and headhunt experienced recruiters. You’ll play a key role in shaping our APAC growth strategy, delivering best-in‑class candidate experience and building strong talent pipelines across the region.

What you’ll do:

• Own end-to-end recruitment across early careers and experienced hires
• Act as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders
• Build regional talent pipelines, university partnerships and recruitment campaigns
• Champion candidate experience, employer branding and process improvement
