Talent Acquisition Specialist

We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international HR Team (employee contract).

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of specific vacancies or assignments across departments and settlements. You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent for both operational and strategic positions.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from defining requirements with hiring managers to sourcing and interviewing applicants, all the way to preparing offers for final candidates.
• Build a trustworthy relationship with the business based on knowledge, communication skills and ability to balance current business needs and long-term goals of the company.
