Job Description:

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for various open positions
• Coordinate and schedule applicant assessments and interviews
• Maintain and update applicant records and recruitment trackers
• Communicate with candidates regarding application status and next steps
• Assist in job postings on different recruitment platforms
• Support hiring managers and the recruitment team throughout the hiring process
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact to onboarding

Qualifications:

• College graduate, preferably with a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or any related course
• No prior recruitment experience required; open to fresh graduates
• Experience in the BPO industry is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
