Talent Acquisition Specialist

• Responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates.
• Handles end-to-end recruitment, coordinates interviews, supports volume hiring needs, and ensures a positive candidate experience while meeting staffing targets.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old and above
• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Willingness to work onsite and collaborate in a team environment
• Willing to be assigned at Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City — Zone 7, near Tropical Resort (beside Sagatech Resort)
