Day-to-Day:
Find and engage the best candidates by exploring innovative sourcing methods.
Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews for various job positions
Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms
Coordinate interview schedules and provide support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Support various HR projects
Your superpowers:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2+ year of experience in Recruitment, bonus if it’s in retail
Experience with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus
Creativity: You’re full of ideas to shake up “business as usual” and make hiring more exciting.
