🎯 Screening resumes and conducting initial interviews for various job positions 

🎯 Post job ads on job boards and social media platforms 

🎯 Coordinate interview schedules and provide support to hiring managers throughout the hiring process 

🎯 Support various HR projects  

Your superpowers: 

✅ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 

✅ 2+ year of experience in Recruitment, bonus if it’s in retail 

✅ Experience with ATS and sourcing tools is a plus
