Talent Acquisition Specialist

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle of specific vacancies or assignments across departments and settlements.

You will work closely with hiring managers to attract, assess and hire top talent for both operational and strategic positions.

As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes fromdefining requirements with hiring managers to sourcing and interviewing applicants, all the way to preparing offers for final candidates.
• Build a trustworthy relationship with the business based on knowledge, communication skills and ability to balance current business needs and long-term goals of the company.
• Discuss, challenge, and advise hiring managers on the selection of the right candidateswho fit both the role and VYNCKE.
• Act as anambassador and point of contact for our applicant tracking system (ATS), understanding both basic and advanced functionalities. <...
