HUM Homes helps entrepreneurial families find exceptional House Managers—so their homes run smoothly and families can focus on what matters most. As we grow, we're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our internal team.

What You'll Do

• Tap into a nationwide U.S.-based talent pool to identify, screen, and engage top House Manager candidates

• Run high-volume recruitment pipelines with structure, speed, and attention to detail

• Partner closely with families to understand their household needs and deliver aligned talent

• Help entrepreneurial families spend more time together by placing the right long-term support in their homes

• Own candidate experience from first touch through placement

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume recruitment

• B2–C1 English proficiency (written and spoken)

• Ability to start ASAP
